Surprise Demonstration Staged against Nuclear Carrier's Entry into Pusan

| Pyongyang, May 14 (KCNA) -- South Korean students staged a surprise demonstration in Pusan on May 11 in protest against the U.S. nuclear carrier Nimitz's entry into Pusan Port. They blocked buses carrying crew of Nimitz on the road near the puppet Navy Operation Command base, chanting "Withdrawal of Nuclear Carrier!", "No Attempt at War!" and other slogans. Enraged by the police suppression, they staged a sit-in strike, demonstrating their will for actions against the U.S. and war. The police walked off all demonstrators. |
