National Calligraphic Festival Closes

| Pyongyang, May 17 (KCNA) -- A national calligraphic festival celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung was closed with due ceremony at the Pyongyang International Cinema House on Friday. On display there were more than 300 calligraphic works including "Kim Jong Il's Patriotism" and "Bliss". Present there were officials concerned, creators, fans, Pyongyangites, school youth and students and children. Medal, diplomas and certificates of the festival were awarded to the participants who displayed successful works. |
