In the wake of staging the war maneuvers against the DPRK with huge forces involved in March and April, the U.S. and south Korean authorities introduced latest war hardware to the East Sea of Korea to kick off large-scale combined naval drills, the appeal said, and went on:

The U.S. ceaseless war maneuvers are aimed to stifle the DPRK by force of arms and dominate Northeast Asia.

It is misleading world public about the situation, giving impression that it is being deteriorated due to the "military threat" of the DPRK but the reality clearly proves that it is none other than the U.S. which pushed the situation in and around the Korean Peninsula to an extreme phase.

Progressive mankind should pay due attention to the U.S. new war provocation moves on the peninsula and no longer be taken in by the U.S. false information about the DPRK.

The U.S. should stop at once its hostile policy toward the DPRK.

We call upon all the progressive and peace-loving forces in France to positively turn out in the nationwide signature campaign to denounce the U.S. and ensure lasting peace and security on the Korean Peninsula today when a grave situation is prevailing there.
