Preparatory Committee Formed in Spain to Mark War Victory Day of DPRK

| Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee of the Korean Friendship Association was inaugurated in Tarragona, Spain on May 13 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War. Alejandro Cao de Benos, chairman of the association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to open a special website to mark the significant anniversary and post on it works of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il and photos documenting the brilliant victory won by the Korean people in the war. It also decided to hold diverse events under the sponsorship of branches of the association in different countries. |
