The Korea General Machinery Trading Corporation put on display such machine tools as Kusong 8A-1500 and CNC lathe Kusong 104-250 and hard alloy tools. The serviceable life of those hard alloy tools is twice that of the existing ones.

Among attractions were also vertical machining centre RV-25A, CNC lathe RT-210 and voltage regulator RCVF-85KVA, presented by the Ryonha Machinery Company.

The Korea Pusong Corporation came with varieties of electric machinery parts, including DC and AC motors and relays, and kinds of insulators. According to Kim Thae Song, an official of the corporation, its products are now in hot demand in many European, Asian and African countries.

Laptops of different sizes, presented by the Korea Computer Center and the Achim-Panda Computer Joint Venture Company, are also marketeering ones. What caught the eyes was the portable LED projector, which can be used to view TV and multimedia in any place.

Ri Song Jun, an official of the Peace Motors Corporation, said that his corporation, with 36 kinds of vehicles on display, scored a big deal in the fair.

Kim Hye Yong, an official of the Korea Ryonhap Trading Corporation, said that her corporation exhibited over 50 kinds of nonferrous metal products, including lubricants and bearings, which have been introduced to various economic sectors.

Many other local corporations and joint-venture companies, too, presented products helpful to bettering the people's wellbeing.
