The successive "governments" of south Korea failed to urge it to do so, it charged. Expressing will to put an end to sycophantic and servile stand and realize independence, peace and democracy through the dynamic struggle to wreak the grudge of martyrs in Kwangju, the appeal advanced the following slogans: Let us block the war crisis and bring earlier the independent reunification by inheriting the May 18 spirit! The U.S. should apologize for the massacre of people in Kwangju! The U.S. should resume the DPRK-U.S. dialogue and conclude a peace treaty! The chief executive, wrecker of the inter-Korean relations, should make an apology before the people! The "government", fully implement the June 15 and October 4 south-north joint declarations! The regime should rescind FTA and enforce the policy for protecting peasants! Let's terminate the danger of war and defend the people's livelihood and peace by the concerted efforts of forces for progress and reform! |
