S. Korean Regime's Anti-DPRK "Human Rights" Racket under Fire
Pyongyang, May 24 (KCNA) -- Shortly ago, an anti-DPRK "human rights" farce was staged in Seoul under the signboard of international meeting. Ryu Kil Jae, south Korean puppet minister of Unification, hosting the farce, revealed his sinister intention to step up the anti-DPRK "human rights" racket, crying out for "working out a key plan" for "improvement of human rights in the north" and "putting spurs to the efforts to institute a law on human rights in the north." He even urged the attendants to "respond" to the efforts to "improve the human rights record in the north" and cooperate in the bid to realize "confidence-building process".

Rodong Sinmun Friday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

This is nothing but shameless sophism of a confrontation maniac steeped in inveterate repugnance and hostility towards the DPRK to the marrow of his bones.

The south Korean puppet regime's talk about "human rights" issue in the DPRK is nothing but an unbearable insult to the high dignity of Songun Korea and a politically-motivated unpardonable provocation.

It is, at the same time, a cynical ploy to build up public opinion about "human rights problem in the north," a fiction, and make it an established fact in a bid to tarnish the dignified image of the DPRK and fan up an atmosphere of confrontation with it at home and abroad.

What Ryu uttered is an open declaration of the puppet regime's scenario to realize its design for achieving the "unification of social systems" by escalating the all-out confrontation with the DPRK through a nuclear racket and "human rights" campaign.

The present ruling forces of south Korea are now working hard to hide their true colors as confrontation maniacs with rhetoric about "confidence-building process."

The puppet regime is sadly mistaken if it thinks it can realize its wild ambition to bring about a "change" in the DPRK and achieve an ambition for "unification of social systems" with such cheap charade.

It had better stop such rash act as trying to sweep the sea with a broom and put its poor human rights record under control.
