Serbian Political Party Denounces U.S. Hostile Policy toward DPRK
Pyongyang, May 28 (KCNA) -- The New Yugoslav Communist Party of Serbia issued a statement on May 20 against the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK.

The situation on the Korean Peninsula is worsening day by day due to the ceaseless moves of the U.S. to stifle the DPRK, the statement said, adding:

Despite the unanimous condemnation of the peace-loving people in the world, the U.S. introduced the super-large nuclear-powered aircraft carrier Nimitz strike force and B-52s into the peninsula in the wake of its large-scale Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military drills.

The U.S. engagement in arms buildup, DPRK-targeted war drills and massive deployment of nuclear weapons and troops in south Korea are mainly ascribable to its strategy of focusing on the Asia-Pacific region aimed at increasing domination in the region with the peninsula as a springboard.

The U.S. immediate termination of aggressive war drills and withdrawal of all nuclear war means from south Korea and its vicinity are the only way for guaranteeing peace in the region.

The New Yugoslav Communist Party is firmly convinced of the certain victory of the Korean people in defending socialism under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

It ardently calls on all the peace-loving people in the world to positively support the measures taken by the DPRK for self-defence in the showdown with the U.S.
