The above-said moves have become extremely undisguised in south Korea. The present puppet ruling quarters are now making desperate efforts to reverse the trend of the historical development toward democracy and justice, openly praising the crimes committed in the era of the military dictatorship and distorting history. They make no scruple of enforcing an unpopular repressive policy against the demands and interests of the people, while rendering the power mechanism more tyrannical. Now rampant in south Korea are political inspections and plot-breeding farces by repressive organs including the Intelligence Service and violence by the judicial authorities. They remind one of the era of the past "yusin" dictatorship which was ill-famed for horror-ridden politics. As a result, the confrontation between the progressive and conservative forces has reached the height and the south Koreans' expectation and hope for democracy and justice have been dashed. The present situation of south Korea goes to clearly prove once again that the public view that the conservatives' re-seizure of power is just an extension of the dictatorial "government", was by no means fortuitous.

The present ruling forces' moves to revive the "yusin" dictatorship are nothing but a blatant challenge and a heinous treachery against the democratization craved by the south Korean people.

Their traitorous moves can never come true as they persist in the revival of the "yusin" dictatorship, swimming against the desires of the people from all walks of life.

It is the inevitability of history that the south Korean puppet ruling forces are bound to ruin by the struggle of people of various social standings desirous of independence, democracy and reunification.
