DPRK Athlete Proves Successful at Chinese Taipei Track and Field Tournament

| Pyongyang, May 28 (KCNA) -- DPRK woman athlete Pak Kum Hyang won a gold medal by finishing first at the 3,000 meter women's hurdle race at the 2013 Chinese Taipei Track and Field Tournament. The tournament held in Taipei of China on Monday and Tuesday brought together athletes from various countries and regions including the DPRK, Indonesia, Taipei of China and Hong Kong, China. Meanwhile, another DPRK athlete Jang Chun Ye bagged a silver medal at the 1,500 meter women's race. |
