A ceremony for the completion of the project was held on Wednesday.

Present there were Pak Pong Ju, premier of the Cabinet, officials concerned and employees of the factory.

A letter of thanks of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea to the workers, technicians and officials of the factory was read out there.

The WPK Central Committee in its letter highly praised them for developing the factory in a modern way suitable to the era of Songun.
