The Brazilian Committee for Remembering Leader Kim Jong Il issued an article titled "Justice always wins" on May 24.

The article said the DPRK's successful launch of satellite Kwangmyongsong 3-2 in last December was very just as it was in full concordance with international law on using space for peaceful purposes.

Saying that a professional institution of the U.S., a country hostile toward the DPRK, officially recognized the DPRK's successful satellite launch, the article accused the U.S. of faking up a "resolution on sanctions" by instigating the UN Security Council.

The danger of a nuclear war has increased on the Korean Peninsula as the UNSC blindly followed the U.S. high-handed and arbitrary practices bereft of fairness and discretion, the article said, and went on:

The DPRK's nuclear deterrent is a means for self-defence to cope with the ever-more intensified U.S. hostile policy and nuclear threat, and serves as a treasured sword of justice to defend the sovereignty and peace of the country and the nation.

The world people desirous of justice and progress are on the side of the Korean people who turned out in the struggle to defend independence and justice against the U.S. and its allies being bent on the high-handed and arbitrary practices.

Victory is on the side of justice and the Korean people all out in the struggle to defend their sovereignty.

The Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea posted an article of the similar content on its website on May 23.
