Present there together with him were KPA Vice Marshal Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and director of the General Political Bureau of the KPA, and Ri Yong Su, department director of the Central Committee of the WPK.

Chairman Jon Yong Nam and vice-chairmen of the Central Committee of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League were also present.

KCU members presented bouquets to Kim Jong Un.

He said the congress marked an important occasion in eternally glorifying the undying feats of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who dedicated their all to developing the Juche-oriented movement of the Korean children.
