S. Korean Women File Suit against Official of Chongwadae for Sex Scandal

Pyongyang, June 7 (KCNA) -- South Korean women filed a suit with the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office against Yun Chang Jung, former spokesman for Chongwadae, on June 4 for his sex scandal. They included Son Mi Hui, permanent representative of Women's Solidarity, Yu Son Hui, executive chairwoman of the Unified Progressive Party, and other women, more than 1 000 in all.

They accused Yun Chang Jung of sexually abusing a woman on May 7 during his business trip to the U.S.

They termed it a violation of the "special law on punishing sexual abusers."

Yun at a press conference told a lie, hurting the honor of the victim, they noted, adding that Yun should be brought to justice as that was also a violation of the law.
