Anniversary of Korean People's Victory in War to Be Celebrated in Benin

| Pyongyang, June 8 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee of the Socialist Party of Benin was inaugurated in Cotonou on June 3 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War. Ali Houdou, president of the Socialist Party of Benin, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee at the inaugural ceremony. The preparatory committee decided to organize various political and cultural events to widely introduce the exploits of the great men of Mt. Paektu on the above-said occasion. |
