It was exciting to hear the news of the March, 2013 Plenary Meeting of the Central Committee of the WPK, he noted, adding:

The invincible WPK, the heroic Korean People's Army and the Korean people single-mindedly united around their leader overcame all hardships and difficulties and again became honorable victors in the showdown with U.S. imperialism amid biggest tension and serious concern.

We fully support the conclusion made by Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the WPK and first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, at the plenary meeting.

Clear is that the historic declaration on simultaneously pushing forward economic construction and the building of nuclear force will deal a tremendous strike at the hegemonic policy of U.S. imperialism.

The flame of revolution will bring happiness and prosperity to the Korean people.

I wish the WPK and the Korean people bigger success in the effort for building an economic power and defending sovereignty of the country.
