The prosecution decided to issue a warrant of arrest against Won Se Hun, former director of the Intelligence Service (IS), but it was delayed by the minister of Justice, the commentary charged.

This revealed the authorities' hindrance to investigation aimed to block ties with the IS which was involved in the "presidential election" and conceal the crimes, it held.

It has been well known to the people that the IS was involved in the illegal election, it said.

It urged the "government" not to interrupt the probe into the truth about the criminal acts of the IS.
