Anniversary of Korean People's Victory in War to Be Marked in Hungary

| Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee was inaugurated in Hungary on June 4 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War. Gyula Thurmer, chairman of the Hungarian Communist Workers' Party, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize colorful political and cultural events praising the undying feats of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu in the period from June 4 to July 31. |
