Romanian Party Leader Wishes Korean People Victory in Stand-off with US

Pyongyang, June 12 (KCNA) -- The Korean people will always emerge victorious in the stand-off with the U.S. in the future, too, as they are led by Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un who has successfully carried forward the revolutionary exploits of the preceding leaders.

Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Supreme Council of the Socialist Party of Romania, said this when addressing the inaugural meeting of the Romanian national preparatory committee for celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Korean War.

July 27 is a historic day when the Korean people defeated the U.S. imperialists, the formidable enemy, and a shameful day which marked the beginning of the downhill turn for the U.S. which boasted of "invincibility," he noted.

The U.S. has always made every desperate effort to stifle the DPRK but the former can not escape its setback. This is proved by history.
