Laid before the photo of the deceased were wreaths from the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Ministry of the People's Armed Forces, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, Korea-Indonesia Friendship Association and the General Bureau for Affairs with Diplomatic Corps.

Present there were Kim Wan Su, vice-chairman of the Supreme People's Assembly, Pak Kil Yon, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Kim Jin Bom, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries and chairman of the Korea-Indonesia Friendship Association, Mun Jae Chol, vice-director of the General Bureau for Affairs with Diplomatic Corps, and officials concerned.

The participants observed a moment's silence in memory of the deceased before making entries in the mourners' book.
