Present at the rally were Kim Yong Nam, Choe Thae Bok, Mun Kyong Dok and others, officials of working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions, officials of the party and administration bodies, institutions, factories and enterprises at different levels and farms and other people, students and teachers of universities and colleges, more than 100,000 in all.

The appeal of Kim Jong Un was read out by Mun Kyong Dok, alternative member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea and chief secretary of the Pyongyang City Committee of the WPK.

A letter to the people across the country sent by those reclaiming the Sepho tableland was read out.

Then followed speeches.

The speakers said that the historic appeal of Kim Jong Un reflects his intention to provide as early as possible the Korean people with a happy life with no more to desire in the world.

Those reclaiming the Sepho tableland called on all working people across the country to demonstrate before the world the might of the single-minded unity of Songun Korea where once the party makes lightning, it is responded with thunder, the speakers noted.

They underscored the need to bring about a great leap forward and signal innovations in iron and steel production and carry out the tasks for agricultural production this year without fail.

They said they would boost the production of essential food by learning from the work style of the service personnel of the People's Army who are creating the "Masikryong Speed", keeping deep in their mind the instructions given by Kim Jong Un to realize the desires of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il without fail.

They vowed to usher in a new heyday on all fronts for socialist construction at the "Masikryong Speed" in hearty response to the letter of those reclaiming the Sepho tableland, holding high the historic appeal of Kim Jong Un as the banner of the country's prosperity, and thus glorify this significant year marking the 65th anniversary of the DPRK and the 60th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War with shining labor achievements.
