The chairman of the Brazilian committee for remembering General Secretary Kim Jong Il and the chairman of the Bangladesh-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee were elected chairmen of the preparatory committees.

The Brazilian preparatory committee set as a celebration period the days from June 19 to the end of July and decided to organize meeting, seminar, photo exhibition, film show and other political and cultural events during the period.

The Bangladeshi preparatory committee decided to organize meeting, seminar, lecture, film show, photo exhibition and other political and cultural events to highly praise and widely introduce the greatness and leadership feats of President Kim Il Sung on the occasion of war victory day.
