S. Korean Authorities Accused of Evading Blame for Making Inter-Korean Talks Abortive

Pyongyang, June 16 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet group is insisting on a groundless logic to justify its act of scuttling the talks between the authorities of the north and the south. Rodong Sinmun Sunday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard: The puppet group is crying out for "normalization" while making mention of "practices of talks between the south and the north". But this is cunning and dishonest sophism. The group is saying that it is necessary to have "dialogue suited to level", not a "shackling one", shameless nonsense of those who torpedoed the dialogue. The present south Korean authorities are terming the past inter-Korean dialogue "abnormal" one in which they were taken in by the north. This is an unimaginable racket which can be made by those who had no intention to have dialogue and improve relations between the north and the south. The "past abnormal practices" the puppet group is talking about is not a problem. What matters is the distorted perspective of the present south Korean authorities on the inter-Korean relations. It has now become clearer that the "principle" and "trust" spoken out by the puppet authorities are anti-reunification "ones" aimed to totally deny the dynamic inter-Korean relations in the June 15 era of reunification and formulate the north-south ties of confrontation without dialogue as "south-north ties in favor of development". The present puppet group's unhesitating act of hobbling the efforts for the talks which were arranged with much effort in the first days of its office makes one predict that it will follow in the footsteps of the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors which was thrown into the dumping ground of history, failing to have any inter-Korean dialogue to speak of. |
