Read out at the rallies was the appeal sent by Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army.

It was followed by the recitation of the letter sent by those reclaiming the Sepho tableland.

Speakers noted all officials and other people are heartily responding to the letter with an ardor to thoroughly implement the important tasks set forth by Kim Jong Un in his historic appeal.

The appeal reflects his great trust in the service personnel and people of the DPRK who carry out whatever the WPK is determined to do, they said.

They renewed their pledge to make patriotic devotion for implementing the policy of the party, cherishing deep the conviction that they can surely win victory under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

They underscored the need to make a brisk campaign to create the second and third "Masikryong Speed" and bring about fresh miracles and innovations in all fields and units.
