Present at the seminars were personages of the Mongolian Mt. Paektu Association for Independent Development, the Mongolian Politics and Business School, the Sinar Perkasa Company of Indonesia, the Nider Sachsen State Committee of the Communist Party of Germany and the Hannover Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in Germany and masses.

D. Olambayar, rector of the Mongolian Politics and Business School, said that it was the greatest exploit of Kim Jong Il that he pursued the Songun politics and defended the sovereignty and dignity of the country and the nation.

D. Narantuya, member of the Leadership Council of the Mongolian Mt. Paektu Association for Independent Development, said that Kim Jong Il led the WPK for nearly half a century, developing it into invincible ranks with the one idea and steel-strong discipline.

The general director of the Indonesian company said that the DPRK is squarely standing against the U.S. as its army and people are single-mindedly united around the party.

The chairman of the Nider Sachsen State Committee of the Communist Party of Germany praised Kim Jong Il for providing the historic June 15 North-South Joint Declaration the basic idea of which is "By our nation itself".

A congratulatory message to the dear respected Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar in Germany.
