Recently the U.S. and its satellite forces have entered an extremely reckless phase in their moves of aggression to hinder the independent development of the DPRK and realize their ambition to isolate and stifle it.

The prevailing situation proves that a reliable deterrence is essential for the DPRK to meet the aggressive challenge of the hostile forces and to protect the peace of the country and the sovereignty of the nation.

Immutable is the new strategic line of the DPRK on simultaneously pushing forward economic construction and the building of nuclear force as long as the U.S.-led hostile forces cling to nuclear war provocation against it.

The strategic line serves as a banner of national prosperity which makes it possible to build a thriving reunified power on this land and open up its rosy future.

To achieve national prosperity in reliance on the powerful military force is a just road to the development of the nation.

Whenever opportunities arose, the U.S. and its allies tried to force the DPRK to unilaterally "dismantle nukes", claiming "there should be no dialogue for the sake of dialogue" but only "dialogue for denuclearization". However, this can never work on the DPRK.

The DPRK can never abandon its nuclear deterrence for self-defence as long as the U.S.-led aggression forces go draconic in their nuclear war provocation against the DPRK, posing nuclear threat to it.
