Dancing Parties of Youth, Students Held

| Pyongyang, June 19 (KCNA) -- Dancing parties of youth and students took place in different parts of the DPRK on Wednesday, the 49th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. The plazas of the Monument to Party Founding, the April 25 House of Culture and the Arch of Triumph and other venues of dancing parties here were crowded with youth and students. Dancing parties started with song "Glory to Our Great Party". The participants danced, recollecting with deep emotion the undying feats Kim Jong Il performed by greatly contributing to the development of the WPK. Festive atmosphere picked up when songs "Ongheya" and "This Is Offensive Battle" were played. Similar events took place in all provincial seats on the day. |
