Present there from the DPRK side were Kim Kye Gwan, first vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, and his party and Ji Jae Ryong, DPRK ambassador to China, and from the Chinese side were Zhang Yesui, permanent vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, and officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Both sides exchanged views on the issue of boosting the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries and other issues of mutual concern.

The dialogue took place in a comradely and friendly atmosphere.
