Shapril Arsiyad, chairman of the Indonesian Federation of Transport Workers Unions, said that the June 15 joint declaration is the banner for independent national reunification to be held aloft by all Koreans and a landmark for Korea's reunification.

He expressed belief that the Korean people would achieve national reunification as early as possible and attain lasting peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula.

Daniel Dediu, chairman of the Romanian Workers' Association, said that the main spirit of the June 15 joint declaration is to solve the issue of reunification independently and peacefully through the great national unity of the north and the south of Korea.

However, in recent years the south Korean authorities have pursued confrontation in disregard of all the agreements between the north and the south in violation of the spirit of the joint declaration, he said, and went on:

The U.S. should take hands off south Korea, first of all, in order to preserve peace on the Korean Peninsula.

Now the U.S. forces in south Korea have become the source of a war on the peninsula.

The just cause of the Korean people all out in the struggle against them is supported and encouraged by progressive mankind.

It is our conviction that the Korean people will defend peace and security on the Korean Peninsula and surely achieve the historic cause of national reunification by embodying the spirit of the June 15 joint declaration under the wise leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.
