Rodong Sinmun Terms U.S. Chieftain of Genocide
Pyongyang, June 21 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Friday in a bylined commentary blasts the U.S. for conducting a dangerous germ experiment at a base in Georgia recently.

This secret military experimental base disguised as a public health centre was established and has been operated by germ experts with the financial backing of the U.S. Department of Defense for the purpose of developing bacteriological weapons, the commentary notes, and goes on:

The U.S. is the chieftain of genocide and the worst rogue state in the world as it conducted such horrible test even in other country for fear of protest in its own country.

It went on:

The U.S. is a criminal state which developed germ weapons long ago and used them in actual battles.

The U.S. imperialists waged the largest-ever germ warfare in Korea, unprecedented in the world war history.

There are too many instances to cite as regards massacres being committed by the U.S. worldwide.

The prison in the U.S. Navy base on Guantanamo has become a proverb fully disclosing the criminal nature of the U.S. as a medieval torture center, germ testing ground and a scene of human rights abuses.

No country in the world is so vociferous about "protecting human rights" as the U.S.

It is the U.S. which openly conducts germ tests, puts prisoners to torture and kills them after setting up hell-like centers for germ test and jails in other countries. Such atrocities are a challenge and insult to the world public which considers respect for human rights as an elementary requirement.

The U.S. is the arch criminal which should stand trial at a world human rights court.

It should admit the human rights abuses perpetrated by it in many wars of aggression in the past including the Korean War and those being committed in various other parts of the world, operation of germ test bases and development of lethal weapons and bear legal responsibility for them, concludes the commentary.
