Expansion Project for Kosan Fruit Farm at Full Swing

Pyongyang, June 21 (KCNA) -- Those involved in the expansion project for the Kosan Fruit Farm are pressing ahead with the work, greatly inspired by the "Masikryong Speed" the soldier-builders are creating in the skiing ground project on Masik Pass.

Their tasks to be carried out this year include the construction of more than 500 dwelling houses and scores of public buildings and setting up of more than 100 000 concrete props.

They have mass-produced various kinds of roofing tiles and bar steels at field bases built by themselves.

Kim Myong Hwa, a member of the shock brigade there, told KCNA that they produce 900 odd concrete props a day in the spirit of "Masikryong Speed".

They also built a cement factory by themselves, which is greatly conducive to supplying kinds of bricks and other building materials for the project.
