Planted in Juche 18 (1929), the crown-shaped broadleaf tree stretches into three trunks at the height of five meters.

Face to face, each of the leaves breaks into seven oval-shaped folioles.

The tree gets blossom in May, with each flower having one pistil and seven stamens.

Its fruit that gets ripe in September is abundant in starch.

The species of tree is considered to be good as garden tree.
