Slaboy January Guzowski, chairman of the Central Committee of the Poland-Korea Association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

It decided to widely disseminate the undying exploits President Kim Il Sung performed in achieving the victory in the war and the Songun revolutionary feats of leader Kim Jong Il and the dear respected Kim Jong Un during the period from June 25 to July 27.

It also decided to hold colorful political and cultural events in support of the just cause of the Korean people to replace the Armistice Agreement by a peace treaty and achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of the country.
