Military Attaches Corps Here Visit Panmunjom
Pyongyang, June 22 (KCNA) -- The military attaches corps here Friday visited the truce village of Panmunjom on the occasion of the June 25-July 27 month of anti-U.S. joint struggle.

Members of the corps saw the monument inscribed with President Kim Il Sung's signature which conveys the leadership feats he performed in the sacred cause for removing the tragedy of nation's division and reunifying the country.

They went round the conference room where armistice talks took place, the hall where the armistice agreement was signed and Panmun Pavilion, being briefed on the fact that the army and people of the DPRK beat back the invasion by the U.S.-led imperialist allied forces and won the brilliant victory.

Hassan Reza Husseini, military attache of the Iranian embassy, made an entry in the visitor's book:

Through the visit to Panmunjom I came to know well about the chief culprit of the Korean war.

The Korean people won the brilliant victory in the past Korean War under the wise leadership of the President. This set a model for the world progressive people standing for independence against imperialism.

I hope the army and people of the DPRK will win victory in defending the sovereignty of the country and building a thriving nation under the leadership of Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un.

Juan Miguel Garcia Montano, military attache of the Cuban embassy, said: The Military Demarcation Line came into existence due to foreign forces. The Korean people have long suffered the tragedy of national division. Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il performed undying feats in realizing the cause of national reunification.

The military attache of the Vietnamese embassy hoped that the Korean people would achieve success in their efforts to reunify the country.
