The Koreans experienced the history of bloody seizure of power characterized by the May 16 military coup, the December 12 army purge coup, etc. and again witnessed the present south Korean "government" usurp power as continuation of this history, the statement said.

It expressed irrepressible indignation at the shameless present "government" which infringed upon the right of the people by letting the Intelligence Service and police interfere in the "presidential election" in an organized way for the purpose of seizing power.

It demanded the Park Geun Hye "government" step down en masse, owning responsibility for the IS's illegal interference in the past election.

It urged the south Korean prosecution to make a thoroughgoing investigation into the case of the IS's illegal interference in the election and clarify those forces behind it to the people, though belatedly.
