Pyongyang, June 25 (KCNA) -- A lecture and film shows were held by the Indian Working Women Society for the Study of the Juche Philosophy and an Indonesian company on June 14 and 17 to mark the 13th anniversary of the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration. Participants of the film shows watched Korean films including documentary introducing the Monument to the Three Charters for National Reunification. The president of the Indian Working Women Society for the Study of the Juche Philosophy in a lecture titled "Immortal banner of Korea's reunification" said: The idea of "By the Korean nation itself", the main spirit of the above-said declaration, is shining as an ever-lasting banner for Korea's reunification. This is because the idea of "By our Korean nation itself" is run through with the spirit of national independence, reflects the great national unity, a premise and fundamental way for reunification, and serves as the basic guarantee for protecting peace. Eye-opening events took place in the movement for Korea's reunification after the publication of the joint declaration. But the south Korean Lee Myung Bak's regime totally negated the declaration as soon as it took power, pushing the inter-Korean relations to acute confrontation. The present south Korean regime is chilling the desire of all the Koreans for reunification. To implement the joint declaration is the way of bringing earlier Korea's reunification. The director of an Indonesian company said the film show offered an opportunity to know better about the national power of the DPRK, adding: To support the joint declaration precisely means standing for reunification and to negate it means seeking division and war. The Korean people will certainly win victory in their efforts for building a thriving nation and achieving national reunification under the leadership of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un. |
