The poster calls for glorifying the immortal revolutionary feats the great Generalissimo Kim Il Sung performed by leading the war to victory and the indomitable fighting spirit of the army and the people of the DPRK who defeated the U.S. imperialist aggressors and honorably defended the freedom and independence of the country under his leadership.

Seen in its central part are letters "Victory in Great Fatherland Liberation War", "Celebration" and "60th Anniversary" and main sculpture "Victory" of the Monument to the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War against the background of fireworks of jubilee.

It also depicts sculptures of subsidiary themes including "Moving direct-firing artillery pieces to height" and "Assistance of people in the rear to soldiers on the front" which impressively deal with the heroic struggle of the service personnel and the people who fought to defend the country at the cost of blood.
