After starting his work at the C.C., the WPK on June 19, 1964 he developed in depth the Juche idea of President Kim Il Sung, the founder of socialist Korea, as required by the era and the developing revolution.

His ideas and theories served like an encyclopedia dealing with all fabrics of social life ranging from the building of the party, state, armed forces and economy to education, public health, arts and sports.

He wisely led the WPK to demonstrate its dignity as the mother party serving the people after forming a harmonious whole with them and an invincible party with steel-like discipline.

He victoriously led the Korean people in their struggle to build a thriving socialist nation, bringing about epoch-making changes to be specially recorded in history.

Providing ceaseless field guidance to every nook and corner of the country without a moment's rest till the last moments of his life, he led the Korean people in their struggle to build an economic power.

He is alive in the hearts of the Korean people as general secretary of the WPK.

The domestic radio, international radio and seven national languages radio of Guinea on June 18 praised him for performing undying feats in party building.
