S. Korean Authorities Slammed for Orchestrating Burlesque against DPRK

Pyongyang, June 27 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet group gathered "fighters" during the Korean war at Jamsil Gymnasium in Seoul on Tuesday to hold a "ceremony marking the 63rd anniversary of the start of the June 25 war". It is mulling holding a "parade for Hoguk" from the Ryongsan War Memorial in Seoul to Seoul Square on Saturday with the puppet army and police involved. On June 23 south Korea is hosting the "peace camp of junior schoolchildren" being attended by youngsters of those countries which dispatched mercenaries to the Korean war. Minju Joson Thursday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard: These are anti-DPRK burlesques to distort the stark historical fact to instill enmity toward the DPRK into south Koreans and escalate moves for confrontation with fellow countrymen. The Korean war was ignited by the U.S. by instigating the south Korean puppet army with an ambition to swallow up the young DPRK. If the south Korean puppet group had a reason, it should have bitterly condemned the U.S. for igniting the Korean war and inflicting disasters upon the Korean nation with June 25 as an occasion. Far from doing so, it is staging anti-DPRK burlesques whitewashing the hair-raising war crimes committed by the U.S. This is sycophancy toward the U.S. which can be committed only by the despicable traitors. What matters is that it invited to such burlesques youngsters of those countries which dispatched their mercenaries to the Korean war. This is a revelation of its real intention to hurt the DPRK at any cost in league with foreign forces as it did during the Korean war. The south Korean authorities will get nothing but shameful defeat for their moves for escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen. |
