Present the events were senior officials of local party and power organs and working people's bodies, officials and other people of industrial establishments and co-op farms, and teachers and students of universities and collages.

Speakers said that the U.S. imperialists destroyed everything in this land to stifle the DPRK in its cradle and massacred innocent Koreans in cold blood during the past Korean war.

They noted that the army and people of the DPRK waged a heroic struggle under the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung, defending the country and inflicting a shameful defeat upon the U.S. imperialists.

They assailed the U.S. imperialists for going reckless in their moves to ignite another war in collusion with the south Korean puppet regime in a bid to realize the ambition to invade the DPRK.

It is the firm belief of all service personnel and people of the DPRK that they are sure to win as they are led by the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, they said.

They expressed the determination to bolster up the national defense capability under the uplifted banner of Songun and launch the general offensive and the final death-defying struggle to create the second and the third "Masikryong Speed" in order to decisively smash the moves of the imperialists to stifle the DPRK.

At the end of the rallies the participants staged demonstrations.
