Present there were senior officials of the local party and power organs and working people's organizations, officials and other people of industrial establishments and cooperative farms and teachers and students of universities and colleges.

At the rallies speakers said the Korean war ignited by the U.S. imperialists was the most barbarous and unethical war of aggression in human history of wars aimed to destroy the DPRK in its cradle and realize world domination.

The U.S. imperialists hurled more than 2 million troops and destructive weapons to swallow up the DPRK but suffered a disgraceful defeat in face of the heroic struggle of the army and people of the DPRK united close around the party and the leader, they stressed.

The U.S. imperialists, far from drawing a lesson from that disgraceful defeat, have been keen to unleash a nuclear war, gravely threatening the sovereignty of the DPRK, they charged.

They called upon all officials and other people to become fortresses and shields devotedly defending the headquarters of the revolution with the firm belief that they are sure to win as they are led by the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

They underlined the need to remain loyal to the Songun revolutionary leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea, win a final victory in the confrontation with the U.S. which has lasted for several decades and build the most powerful nation.

At the end of the rallies their participants staged demonstrations.
