The present puppet authorities of south Korea are mulling hurling human scum affiliated to "the Alliance for the Movement of Free North", an organization of die-hard defectors from the north, into a leaflet scattering operation against the DPRK from Rimjin Pavilion in Paju City, Kyonggi Province in the western sector of the front on June 29.

The chief of this alliance openly blustered that it would scatter as planned more than 200 000 leaflets daring hurt the dignity of the DPRK, its social system and taking issue with its "human rights performance". This reminds one of a puppy knowing no fear of a tiger.

It was reported that even riffraffs of the "International Human Rights Foundation" in the U.S. would be involved in that operation.

The prevailing situation indicates that the present authorities of south Korea have begun escalating again their confrontation with the DPRK in collusion with the U.S.

Recently the Park Geun Hye regime deliberately aborted the hard-won inter-Korean authorities talks. In the wake of this action, it showed such insolent behavior as fully opening the minutes of the north-south summit to public in a bid to push the inter-Korean relations to a catastrophe. Moreover, it is introducing U.S. war hardware including a formation of B-52 nuclear strategic bombers into south Korea, another provocation to the DPRK.

The planned leaflet-scattering operation is part of its premeditated and deliberate confrontation racket against the DPRK aimed to escalate such provocation.

The U.S. and the present puppet authorities of south Korea should not forget even a moment that the Rimjin Pavilion is within the range of direct sighting strike of the units under the above-said command of the KPA.

On various occasions, including the special statement issued by the Ministry of People's Security of the DPRK on June 19, the DPRK has served warnings strong enough for the U.S. and the Park group to understand of their wicked attitude as they are kicking up a frantic racket against the DPRK by hurling these riffraffs including vicious deserters from the north.

Given that these human scum have rushed of their own accord to become targets of strikes to be made by the KPA ready to mete out physical punishment, it is our stand to show these provocateurs what miserable fate they will face.

In case the projected leaflet scattering operation will push the present situation to a grave phase, the U.S. and Park group will be held wholly accountable for it as they have hurled these human scum into such provocation.
