This is an act of extreme political gangsterism prompted by an attempt to bring under control the worst ruling crisis and ensure ruling security.

The south Korean puppet group is loudly insisting on the bogus "northern limit line" which no one recognizes. More intolerable is that it uses the inter-Korean summit as a means for meeting its party interests and strategy and political greed.

The puppet conservative group has sought to open to the public the minutes of the summit in a bid to overcome unfavorable phase which it faced since the days of the past "presidential election." It now finds itself in the abyss of ruin through the recent disclosure of the unheard-of seizure of "power" caused by the case of the IS's interference in the "presidential election." That is why it opened the minutes to the public in a bid to divert elsewhere the public attention.

The recent case brought into bolder relief the wretched true colors of the puppet ruling forces who are working hard to overcome the political crisis and find a way out in hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK. The puppet group is making a mockery of the inter-Korean summit, using it as a plaything for attaining its sinister political purpose. Herein lies its dirty nature.

The present south Korean chief executive is apparently behind the case.

The development proves that the revelation of the minutes was a deliberate and premeditated act aimed to bring under control the worst political crisis and plunge the inter-Korean relations into catastrophe.
