Rodong Sinmun Blasts Outbursts of S. Korean Puppet Minister of Unification

Pyongyang, July 3 (KCNA) -- Ryu Kil Jae, puppet minister of Unification of south Korea, when interviewed by reporters in charge of covering the ministry on June 28 let loose a spate of rigmaroles that he did his "best to fulfill his duty" and "he would strongly react to the north if it fails to properly respond to his message," talking about "dialogue".

Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says in a bylined commentary in this regard:

This is no more than a cynical ploy to tone down the domestic and international criticism of the puppet group's acts of blocking the inter-Korean dialogue and evade the responsibility for the present tensions on the Korean Peninsula.

With no rhetoric can the south Korean authorities cover up their despicable act of escalating the confrontation with compatriots in collusion with outside forces going against the trend toward the improved inter-Korean relations, peace and reunification.

If they are sincerely interested in the dialogue and improved relations between the north and the south, they should drop their hypocritical attitude and take a sincere stand of working for peace and reunification together with compatriots.

They should pay heed to the voices of the nation calling for improved inter-Korean relations.
