Disbandment of "UN Command" Demanded in Peru
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- The Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism issued a statement demanding the disbandment of the "UN Command" on June 26.

The statement said as follows:

It is most urgent to conclude a peace treaty between the DPRK and the U.S. and dismantle the "UN Command" in south Korea in order to defuse the tensions and danger of a war on the Korean peninsula.

The "UN Command" is a tool for aggression fabricated by the U.S. during the Korean war and the U.S. forces are under the helmets of the "UN Forces".

The U.S. intention to keep as ever the "UN Command" is aimed to ignite a war of aggression on the Korean peninsula by abusing the UN flag.

The DPRK is demanding the disbandment of the "UN Command".

We join the progressive political parties and organizations of Peru in strongly demanding the disbandment of the "UN Command."

The Korean Armistice Agreement should be replaced by a peace treaty.
