Going round Rimok-ri and Hyon-ri of Sepho County, Kangwon Province, he acquainted himself with the manuring and cultivation of artificial grassland and fodder grass created and planted by KPA soldiers and learnt in detail about their living.

It is the intention of Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un to turn the Sepho tableland into a large-scale stockbreeding base helpful to the improvement of people's living standard, the director noted, underscoring the need for the KPA soldiers to take the lead in the campaign for creating the speed on Sepho tableland to materialize the intention.

He also stressed the need to construct modern buildings at the stockbreeding base as intended by the Workers' Party of Korea and as required by the topographical conditions and carry out the work of creating grassland under a long-term plan.

The commanding officers should intensify the political and ideological education of soldiers and take warm care of their living as their real brothers and sisters would do, he stressed.
