The paper of Democratic Congo L' Avenir carried various articles illustrated with a portrait of the smiling President.

The paper in an article titled "The benevolent father of people" said Kim Il Sung embarked upon the road of revolution for the country and the people in his teens, founded the Juche idea and led the protracted and complicated Korean revolution to victory by depending on the tremendous strength of the popular masses.

The benevolent image of Kim Il Sung as the father of the people will always be remembered by the Korean people, it added.

The Indonesian paper Siputar Indonesia in an article titled "The life characterized by the idea of believing in the people as in Heaven" said:

The life of the President was the one characterized by his ardent love for the people and boundless devotion to them.

The President who dedicated his whole life to the people will always be remembered by the Korean people and the progressive humankind as the great leader and benevolent father.

The state radio broadcasting service and FM 90.5 radio of Cambodia reported that he put forward the Korean people as the master of the country and society with a firm political idea of believing in the people as in Heaven, adding: He dedicated his all to the people, regarding their happiness as his pleasure.
