The July issue of the Rote Fahne, organ of the Communist Party of Germany, carried an article titled "The Korean people's victory in the anti-U.S. struggle" illustrated with a photo of President Kim Il Sung.

The article said:

The Korean people won victory in the war with the U.S. which boasted of being the "strongest" in the world on July 27, 1953.

The DPRK has registered only victories in the history of ceaseless showdown with the U.S. since the armistice.

In 1993 the U.S. raised suspicion about the DPRK's development of nukes and attempted to make an "ad-hoc inspection" of it by instigating the IAEA and, at the same time, posed military threat to the DPRK by staging Team Spirit joint military drills.

At that time the DPRK declared that it would quit the NPT in response to it.

Such tough attitude dragged U.S. imperialism into talks and finally, the DPRK and the U.S. agreed to peacefully settle the Korean nuclear issue in June, 1993 which was followed by the adoption of the DPRK-U.S. Agreed Framework in October, 1994.

In the 2000s when Bush pinpointed the DPRK as part of an "axis of evil", the DPRK totally pulled out of the NPT and gave spurs to having an access to nuclear deterrence.

The U.S. and its satellite forces fabricated an unjust UNSC's "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK, taking issue with its satellite launch for peaceful purposes in December last.

The DPRK conducted an underground nuclear test as its physical measure to protect the country's sovereignty and security.

Only victories have been recorded for the DPRK while only defeats for the U.S. imperialists in the history of DPRK-U.S. showdown.

The July issue of the organ of the Revolutionary Socialist Party of Peru carried an article introducing the battle to liberate Taejon City during the Fatherland Liberation War. It was illustrated with a photo of the dear respected Kim Jong Un making a speech at the March, 2013 plenary meeting of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
