Pyongyang, July 9 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Il, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, met and had a talk with Haissam Saad, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Syrian embassy here, who paid a farewell call on him on Tuesday.
