| Pyongyang, July 9 (KCNA) -- Kim Kye Gwan, first vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, and his party came back home Tuesday after wrapping up their visit to Russia. Before taking a flight he met with Alexey Pushkov, chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the State Duma. |
